This day-long symposium explores the why, what and how of music care integration within death, dying and aftercare. Using a combination of case studies, research, demonstration, experientials, and group discussion, this one-day symposium will help you:
- Determine a rationale for including music as a standard of care in hospice palliative care
- Develop music care tools and strategies to integrate into your hospice palliative care context
- Experience how music can be used in palliation, at end of life, in bereavement support, and as a quality of life enhancer for everyone in the circle of care
