Description: Ten years ago, the Canadian Nurses Association issued a position statement on nursing leadership, calling for people who are “credible, courageous, visible and inspiring” to take their place across all domains of the discipline, in order to support modern and professional nursing practice. Today, palliative care faces unprecedented challenges, and requires the leadership of nursing.
Every nurse is a potential leader, regardless of role. Join us for an interactive workshop, where we will explore how palliative care nurses can build their credibility, courage, and visibility to inspire change.
