In the event that you must cancel your registration to the 2019 Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference, written notice of cancellation must be received by fax or email. Requests should be submitted to:
Cancellation Requests Received:
- On or before April 14, 2019 – Full refund minus a $75 administration fee
- April 15 to May 31, 2019 – 50% refund minus a $75 administration fee
- On or after June 1, 2019 – No refund
Please note that there is a $75 administrative fee for transferring a registration to another person.
If your registration fee was paid by credit card within 30 days the credit card will be refunded. If your registration was paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a refund cheque in the mail.
Prior to August 1, 2019, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. All refund requests received after August 1, 2019, will be processed before October 1, 2019.
