In the event that you must cancel your registration, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association must receive written notice of cancellation by fax or email. Requests should be submitted to:
Cancellation Requests Received:
- On or before April 7, 2017- Full refund minus a $75 administration fee
- April 8Â to April 28, 2017- 50% refund minus a $75 administration fee
- On or after April 29, 2017- No refund
Please note that there is a $75 charge for transferring a registration to another person.
If your registration fee was paid by credit card within 30 days the credit card will be refunded. If your registration was paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a refund cheque in the mail.
Prior to May 1, 2016, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. All refund requests received after May 1, 2016 will be processed before July 1, 2016.
