2012 CANADIAN HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE CONFERENCE
The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference is taking a year off from the traditional 4 day abstract-driven conference. This year, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care is hosting a Learning Institute concentrating on four intermediate and advanced learning streams.
The Learning Institute will take place June 1, 2 and 3 2012 in Banff, Alberta, at the Banff Centre. The learning institute will provide the best and brightest in the Hospice Palliative Care field and other allied healthcare professionals with the opportunity to advance their skills and share their expertise. Over 30 intimate and intensive workshops and satellite meetings will be attended by doctors, nurses, pharmacists, researchers, caregivers, volunteers and social workers.

Sponsorship/Exhibitor Registration Cancellation Policy
In the event that you must cancel your sponsorship/exhibitor registration, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association must receive written notice of cancellation by fax or email. Requests should be submitted to:

Cancellation Requests Received:
On or before April 1st, 2012 75% refund
April 1st, 2012 April 27th, 2012 50% refund
On or after April 27th, 2012, No refund
If your sponsorship/exhibitor registration fee was paid by credit card the credit card will be refunded. If your sponsorship/exhibitor registration paid was paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a refund cheque in the mail.
Prior to April 27, 2012 refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. All refund requests received after April 27, 2012 will be processed before July 30th, 2012.
