In the event that you must cancel your registration to the 2018 Learning Institute, written notice of cancellation must be received by fax or email. Requests should be submitted to:
Cancellation Requests Received:
- On or before March 4, 2018 – Full refund minus a $75 administration fee
- March 5 to April 28, 2018 – 50% refund minus a $75 administration fee
- On or after April 29, 2018 – No refund
Please note that there is a $75 charge for transferring a registration to another person.
If your registration fee was paid by credit card within 30 days the credit card will be refunded. If your registration was paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a refund cheque in the mail.
Prior to May 1, 2018, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. All refund requests received after May 1, 2018, will be processed before July 1, 2018.
